I specialise in orthopaedic rehabilitation, correction of postural defects in children and personal training. I work on physiotherapy of the spine and of the hip, knee, ankle and foot joints. I am also a certified personal trainer and instructor of movement recreation.

About me

A graduate of the Warsaw Academy of Physical Education, certified personal trainer, motor preparation coach and movement recreation instructor specialising in fitness. Connected with sport from an early age, she skilfully combines it with rehabilitation thanks to her knowledge and experience.

By combining the two fields, she is able to make the most of the potential of both professional and amateur athletes. Various pain complaints, overuse conditions and injuries are no challenge for her.

She continuously trains and expands her knowledge in both rehabilitation and training. An experienced trainer and speaker.

She specialises in orthopaedic rehabilitation, correction of postural defects in children and personal training.
