About me

For more than a decade I have been working with the human body. First as a personal trainer, then from 2011 I began working at Carolina Hospital, where my professional focus is orthopaedic physiotherapy (conservative and post-operative), physiotherapy of the spine and peripheral joints, and work on somatic dysfunctions, as well as running functional medical training sessions and providing dietetics and supplementation tailored to specific medical conditions.

From the very beginning of my professional career I have collaborated with numerous specialists in medicine and sport, developing physiotherapy and training programmes based on medical protocols. The methods I use in my work include:

  • Osteopathic techniques: (BLT, TBA, GOT, MET, Visceral Therapy, Intercostal Techniques, Still Techniques)
  • Manual therapy
  • Joint articulations
  • Mobilisations of the musculoskeletal system
  • Fascial techniques
  • Neuromobilisations of the nervous system
  • Dry needling
  • IASTM

My coaching activities cover:

  • Functional medical training sessions (pre-surgery preparation training and post-surgery training to support faster recovery)
  • Training aimed at body-fat reduction or increasing muscle mass
  • Training aimed at prevention of spinal conditions and work on musculoskeletal compensations
  • Designing training and supplementation plans for specific sports disciplines and medical conditions
  • Running classes that strengthen and improve the flexibility of the musculoskeletal system
