About me

Since 2017 I have been part of the neurosurgical team at the Spine Disease Treatment Centre at Carolina Hospital. I am a two-time winner of the international Vexim Rebalancing Spine competition in the Best Clinical Case of the Month category, in March 2017 and May 2018. I have been a long-standing member of the Polish Society of Spine Surgery and of AO Spine, the international organisation bringing together spine surgeons from around the world, and a participant in numerous Polish and international courses and congresses on spinal surgery.

I specialise in the surgical treatment of pathologies of the spine, sacroiliac joints and peripheral nervous system, and in the treatment of spinal and pelvic pain syndromes. I specialise in minimally invasive procedures, performing percutaneous spinal stabilisations, decompressions of the spinal canal and the removal of spinal canal tumours through small surgical approaches that spare soft tissues and muscles. I have experience in treating complex spinal fractures, including in osteoporosis and myeloma, and in corrective and reconstructive procedures. My main interests are minimally invasive, endoscopic and percutaneous methods of treating spinal pathologies, mobile spinal implants, discectomies and percutaneous stabilisations (through very small incisions), as well as modern invasive methods of treating spinal, low back and pelvic pain syndromes.
