About me

I specialise in meniscus transplants, cartilage reconstruction, multi-ligament reconstructions and osteotomies of the knee joints, shoulder arthroscopy, and the treatment of soft tissues, tendons and ligaments. I also deal with traumatology and the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. I also perform hip joint arthroscopy. I am a co-founder of the Polish Arthroscopy Society.

I perform annually 150 ACL reconstructions (including 20 revision surgeries), 10 PCL reconstructions (+ 10 multi-ligament reconstructions), 100 other knee operations, 50 other open knee reconstructions, 10 shoulder stabilisations, 30 rotator cuff reconstructions, 80 hip arthroscopies, 50 trauma operations, 25 foot and ankle procedures, 20 hand operations and others (in total around 450 operations per year, of which 75% are arthroscopic and 25% open). I do not perform arthroplasties, pelvic fractures or spine injuries.

I run cadaver courses for students and orthopaedic doctors, in which I share my knowledge and more than 17 years of experience at the operating table. For over 10 years I have been an international instructor in arthroscopic techniques and a co-organiser of congresses and conferences in Poland and abroad.
