She specialises in surgery of the nose and paranasal sinuses. She performs, among others, nasal turbinate reductions, nasal septum corrections and endoscopic sinus surgery. She treats patients with sleep-related breathing disorders, such as sleep apnoea and snoring. In the case of recent fractures, she also performs closed reduction of nasal fractures under local anaesthesia and fibroscopic assessment.
A graduate of the 1st Faculty of Medicine at the Medical Academy of Warsaw. She was awarded a doctorate in medical sciences in 2003.
Dr Marta Held-Ziółkowska has completed fellowships at otolaryngology clinics in Poland and abroad. She gained experience at, among others, the Mayo Clinic and the Medical University of Graz. She is a participant and lecturer at numerous courses and scientific conferences.
