After individually reviewing the patient’s case, I use the latest available transnasal surgical techniques (such as the “Carolyn’s window” approach to the frontal sinus, or the prelacrimal approach to the maxillary sinus).
Procedures under local anaesthesia: UP2, conchoplasty, nasal fracture reduction, RF coagulation, lesion removal, polypectomy.
Procedures under general anaesthesia: sinuses, polyps, turbinates, nasal septum, ear drainage, rhinoplasty, tonsils.
