About me

Throughout my professional career I have had the opportunity to introduce pioneering operations for spinal deformities, including ‘growth-friendly’ implants such as MAGEC, GGS, ApiFix and others. I perform approximately 200 spinal surgeries each year.

Experience and competencies

For many years I have performed highly specialised spinal surgeries. I am an active lecturer at international courses and conferences and a co-author of numerous scientific publications in renowned medical journals.

I hold a managerial position in the Polish Society of Spine Surgery and for years I have been involved in the activities of international educational structures in spine surgery (AO Spine). I am one of the authors of the comprehensive training programme for spine surgeons ‘360-to-spine’.

My approach

In my work with patients I prioritise safety, precision and transparent communication. I thoroughly explain the available therapeutic options and, together with the patient, decide on the best treatment pathway. The goal of therapy is not only correction of the deformity but, above all, improvement of quality of life and functioning. I combine modern surgical techniques with an individual approach to each patient. I analyse every case comprehensively – from accurate diagnostics, through qualification for treatment, to post-operative management and long-term care.
