He specialises in the surgical treatment of ear, nose and throat diseases:
- Nose: nasal septum repair, nasal turbinate reduction, all sinus operations (endoscopic sinus surgery – FESS), removal of nasal lesions and biopsy sampling, reduction of nasal fractures.
- Pharynx: tonsil removal, pharyngeal nodule removal, pharyngeal biopsies, procedures for sleep apnoea / snoring (radiosurgery).
- Ear: paracentesis, ear procedures (e.g. removal of ear lesions, biopsy sampling).
- Neck: removal of neck cysts and tumours, biopsy of lesions.
- Larynx: all laryngeal operations (microsurgery, direct laryngoscopy, etc.), tracheotomy (creating an opening in the trachea).
- All emergency procedures: reduction of nasal fractures, reduction of nasal septum fractures, control of nasal bleeding, nasal packing for haemorrhage, cauterisation of vessels in nasal bleeding, incision of peritonsillar abscesses, neck abscesses, neck phlegmons, neck biopsies of tumours or lymph nodes, tracheotomy. Removal of foreign bodies in the ear, nose and throat. All outpatient procedures – including paediatric tongue-tie release, etc.
- All procedures in the field of palliative otolaryngology.
